The casks are made from such woods chestnut, mulberry, oak, cherry, acacia, ash and juniper. This adds to its color and complex flavor. Our Balsamic Vinegar really has a tremendous range of uses. If you want to change up dinner, throw some on a fresh house salad - you'll be amazed at how flavorful it becomes, solely from the vinegar. Depending on your tastes, it can also work great on meat, fish, or vegetables.
