Marinara - The original restaurant recipe. A hearty sauce of fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, blended with pure olive oil, robust cloves of garlic, snips of parsley, diced onions, aromatic basil and suggestions of hearty oregano.
Tomato Basil - A delicate, onion-based sauce. It's made without garlic, and combines chunks of sweet ripe tomatoes with fragrant basil and other spices.
Fra Diavolo - Spicy! Plump fresh tomatoes simmered to a delicate fiery finish with fresh garlic, parsley, onions, crushed red pepper and a hint of fresh-picked basil.
Puttanesca - An exotic Mediterranean sauce combining the hearty flavors of kalamata olives and capers with a robust base of fresh tomatoes, garlic, herbs, spices and a hint of anchovy.
Vodka - A distinctive and elegant tomato sauce. It's made without garlic, and instead accented with vodka and imported spices. The addition of heavy cream gives it a velvety, smooth texture.
Pizzaiola - A Neapolitan sauce with sweet red peppers, mushrooms and garlic. This versatile sauce has traditionally been used in such classic dishes as steak, veal or sausage pizzaiola.
